Tamzen holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and has worked in early childhood education for the last 21 years, with the last 10 years in education leadership, running various services in the local community. Tamzen’s passion lies with children’s brain development and behavioral and environmental factors that impact children’s learning and development. Tamzen’s experience has given her a well-equipped outlook on how children build strong foundations for all future learning and development.
Meet our Quality and Compliance Manager, Renee.
Renee is an Early childhood Teacher who holds a Bachelor of Education with 14 years’ experience in early childhood education. Renee has held various leadership roles including multi-site management. Renee’s experience in leadership has given her extensive knowledge, in the National Quality Standards, Exceeding themes, Law and Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework, Educational Leadership, team engagement, and up skilling and training of employees.
Renee is passionate about educational leadership and providing high quality care to children and their families on day-to-day basis. Renee supports the team through compliance and best practices to enhance quality care provided at the center.
Meet our Assistant Centre Manager, Chantelle.
Chantelle holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and is currently working towards becoming an ECT. Chantelle has been in the industry for nearly 8 years and has 6 years experience working within leadership roles.
Chantelle is passionate about providing an inclusive and supportive environment where the children can engage in quality learning experiences. Chantelle supports this via ensuring children’s individual needs, skill levels, and cultures are incorporated within the program.
Meet our Educational Leader, Amelia.
Amelia holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and has worked in early childhood education for the last 9 years, with 6 in leadership roles including Lead Educator and Educational Leader.
Amelia is passionate about providing knowledge and support to her team on the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards to ensure high quality care across the service. Amelia has a strong passion for providing safe and supportive environments for the children in her care and strives to provide engaging learning environments for them to play and explore.
